Gold HTC One announced

    While the HTC One is out for quite a while now, it's been updated with a wide array of colors including the original Black, Silver, and the later added Blue and Red. Today, the HTC One Gold was announced - though there are no karats tied to it.


    Nothing has changed. Basically it's the same HTC One phone everyone is already familiar of. This includes the specs:

4.7-inch Full HD display
Quad-Core 1.7GHz
2GB of RAM
32 or 64 Internal Memory options
4 Ultrapixel camera

What's New?

What's new here is the color option which was first introduced as mainstream to a flagship device by Apple and its champagne gold iPhone 5S.

A quote from Philip Blair, president of HTC EMEA says,

"Building on the all metal design of the HTC One, and the recent success of the HTC 18 carat gold MOBO phone, we are excited to have developed our own gold device, offering yet more choice to consumers"
