Yes, Android-Windows Phone(esque) handset is a reality

The Korean manufacturer, Bluebird is the first handset the approaches dual-mode OS in a single device. The ruggedized BM180 runs Android in addition to Windows Embedded 8 Handheld. It's based on WP8, looks and feels like it, but with an industry focus, rather than being intended for personal use.

The thing is, we don't know how the transition works, can you jump back and forth on one swift gesture? or an option at boot? or the need to reflash the phone.
