Samsung Galaxy S5 is rumored to have a 5.25-inch 2K Display

Samsung Galaxy S5

The Galaxy S5 will have a 5.25-inch AMOLED display that will pack an impressive 2560 x 1440 2K Display - says DDaily.

At a whooping 560 pixels per inch, it crushes the Retina Display off the course. This ppi count is quite impressive considering the highest count on a smartphone is rated at 441 ppi (by the Galaxy S4). If the rumor is certain, the S5 would take the crown jewel for having the highest pixel count.

Similarly, the Galaxy S5 is supposed to have the same pixel arrangement with the S4 and the Note 3, as Samsung will keep in palce the diamond pixel arrangement seen in its 2013 flagship smartphones.

However, Samsung is yet to confirm the Galaxy S5 rumors, and while this 2K mass-production report is based on interviews with unnamed industry sources from South Korea, we'll remind you that this is still just a rumor. In case you're shopping for devices with 2560 x 1440 resolution, you can always check out the Vivo XPlay 3S.

Do you look forward on the S5?
